In the past, we have received your support inquiries through the Stepcase website and more recently in Get Satisfaction. As of last week, we have started a support portal to provide customer service and support for all of our products. The new portal will include support for each of our products as well as frequently asked questions, feature requests, and product announcements. Although, we will continue to monitor all channels of communication, we ask that you submit your issues or requests directly from our portal and have a look to see whether a solution is available to you.
We have also added a quick help for troubleshooting our iPhone apps and we encourage those who experience problems to run through the list first. If that doesn’t work, then shoot us a support ticket via the support portal.

For some reason, Enroute does not work for me anymore. Whenever I try to load the map screen, it just displays a blank white screen. I have tried uninstalling the app then reinstalling it but nothing works. I have to have this application working to do my job. Please let me know if there is anything I can do. Thanks.
